The staffing ramp up was over done (clearer to see with hindsight) but it could be argued that investors were misled on where the project was at and the risks associated with getting it online.
Realistically once more information was available on the project the company should have right sized and conserved cash. IMO they have been too slow.
It would interesting to see what the overheads look like now compared to 18/19 when the SP was at this point.
Good on them for finding more cash reserves and keep the lights on. Hopefully they make the most of that money for SHs sakes.
