    I don't have a problem with in-house deals like this if it results in partnerships, contacts, or forward movement for the bulk of shareholders. A 10% dilution is a very good thing if it results in opportunities that triple the SP. Hopefully visibility of positive plans is given very shortly to put everyone at ease.
