    As per agreement, the proceed of $1.2m received yesterday from largest shareholder was not part of the repayment.

    In this regard, the Co has $3.7m more cash to support Brazil lithium exploration, which is able to cater for almost 3 quarters.

    No CR should be concerned in near future.
