PNM's prospecting license shd have been canceled after the show cause notice sent to PNM (after the Mines and minerals board meeting on 21st Sept 2023). If ML is accepted why show cause letter? Waste of time to reapply for extension. What have PNM been doing for 5 years? No work, no fees, no quarterly reports, no mineral tests, no money, just nothing. Someone will surely sue PNM under rule 3.62 of the 2007 civil procedure rules or for a judicial review. You are dead PNM.
