Outside of us being able to keep the light switches on longer I think the bigger picture here is that R&D is being rewarded at a Federal level, it should be understood that not only is R&D presently looked upon as a favourable long term investment and interest but our Government (both sides) understands how important having major investment funds for joint development of public and private partnerships. A good example is NAIF, these funding pools will eventually pay dividends.

Irrespective I'm presently a buyer again for the main reason of accruing as many specie shares as I can.
Also bottoming formation here looks very interesting, it will not take much to have this reverse.

Lastly for the poster who said this will fuel directors pay-packets, I personally highly doubt it - if so you would have seen evidence of it immediately following the last large raising; not now going into DFS completion.
