Quite remarkable that ATR can raise new capital from sophs at a premium of 19.1% to the last closing price of 47c...some folks obviously want to build a position but can't do it on the market due to the lack of liquidity. One thing is for sure, they won't be flipping for a quick profit!
It's also a 2cps premium to the Nov. 2022 SPP price of 54c, which should make participants in that SPP such as myself a bit happier with their situation and think that maybe the current shareprice is somewhat undercooked? GLTAH!
