Unfortunately, this seems like a bad deal for retail holders. Also unfortuantely, the money had to come from somewhere. They are giving a large discount at 3c and giving one option for two shares purchased. I don't think we get anything! Anyone can buy loyalty options as long as they hold shares on 12 May?
'The proposed Record Date to determine eligibility for the Loyalty Options Offer will be on or around Friday, 12 May 2023 (Loyalty Option Record Date)'
