Unfortunately, this seems like a bad deal for retail holders. Also unfortuantely, the money had to come from somewhere. They are giving a large discount at 3c and giving one option for two shares purchased. I don't think we get anything! Anyone can buy loyalty options as long as they hold shares on 12 May?
