Agree. Why pay 0.5c for an option to buy at 4c when you can buy for under 3.5c now.
I will not subscribe, but I don't think they will be undersubscribed as some will want the option leverage: if it is 5c in a year's time exercise, if it 2c due to profligate spend for not a great result... walk away with less damage than those with shares.
