not too sure.. wait until after mid July to see new issue hit market to see what is really going on i guess
i'm not really impressed with the issuing of another 60M WOAO because i think it was unecessary.. just raise clean (nothing attached) and be done with it, even if it was at 0.02.. but they appear to have used WOAO as an incentive to draw in funds.. this could prompt brokers etc to sell off heads now in order to basically buy back through placement with a free attaching option
if issuing free attaching oppies, should be a new class of oppie all together not one already listed that expires in 12 months
anyway.. that will all be irrelevent if they can demonstrate a pathway to being cashflow positive
