How come GMN has not notified the market who the new substantial holder is, from this announcement " one cornerstone investor has subscribed for $2.3 million under the Placement and as such will emerge as the major shareholder of GMN."
An ASX-listed company must notify the ASX of a substantial holder change within two business days after the company becomes aware of the change. This notification is typically done through a "Change of Substantial Holding" notice (Form 604).
This is in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act 2001, which require transparency around substantial holdings in listed entities to ensure the market is informed about significant changes in ownership.
Where is this notification?! Been a lot longer than 2 business days.
