So the placement must have been at, what, 0.08? Today's sell-off is for less than $500,000 value (as of midday). That means there is still more than $2M of sophisticated placement investors who are holding on. Maybe they see the future value and weren't in it just to turn over a quick $20-40K profit on placement day.
