If we are looking at Trojan. Effectively acquisition was probably a little over $100k worth of shares at the time. It's been on AAJ's books for over 2 years now and not much mentioned about doing anything with it. If it's not commercially viable at the Gold Price over the last year it's hard to see it ever being. If AAJ had sold off at say $20 / oz we would not have needed the recent CR. Hence I assume it just there to look good having a JORC resource on the books. Happy to be proven wrong.
