I think it's fair to say there is someone simply exiting a large (ish) position. The results and potential speak for themselves.
Need to wait until the seller is done and some fresh new investors chase excitement. That's typically what gets a few LT investors in. Just needs to pop up on the radar. TA wise would help too.
