I cant see many taking up the 11 cent shares as IM expecting...

I cant see many taking up the 11 cent shares as IM expecting Covid 19 to spread significantly in countries like Angola with many having poor nutrition and underlying health issues and not the best medical system ,making many workers to sick to work at Lulo ,not to mention the higher rate of sickness with the other flue strains at the moment ,as reported in the USA.
Also expect the Angolan government to hold onto as much cash as possible like many countries in a poor cash position.
I think many issues are going to arise over the next year in the more risky countries for mining companies.
I suspect the share price will be well below the cap raise price within a month.
