I wonder how the other directors and investors feel about paying above market value for previous capital raisings too.
He was definitely a super salesman. Talked the talk. Unfortunately he just missed his main role of actually selling the product, just the dream.
His ability to negotiate such a crazy salary package says it all.
Its still certainly been quiet since the latest raise.
