Admiralty Resources NL Announces Sale Of Rincon Lithium Limited To Sentient

Admiralty Resources NL announced that it has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Sentient GP III, L.P. acting through its general partner Sentient Executive GP III Limited, as general partner of the Sentient Global Resources Fund, L.P., a Cayman Islands exempted company. The agreement provides for a sale of all of the Company's interest in Rincon Lithium Limited for a total consideration of $22,170,000 with a completion date of December 30, 2008. A deposit of $2,000,000 is to be held by Hall and Wilcox, the Company's solicitors in the transaction.
