He must be sure his exploration will deliver. At the AGM, I repeat for newcomers, he said "If he couldn't find something with those prospects he'd fire the exploration manager". He then checked himself and said the manager knew he would find something.
The thing is Mike is an exploration specialist at heart and he has built the company to what it is on exploration success. I suspect that has reinforced his feeling for what will add value. I think, he'll give us shareholders a buying opportunity in the financing round. He knows he needed the extra SH and instos. to get loan funding at FID. You're right it seems quite a ways away and PFS is entree.
