Maybe timing was critical. The share price was at 4.5c and they had just done a presentation (that they didn’t organise the timing of) and the copper price was soaring. So securing the deal after the conference would mean going from 4.5 osh to 3.8ish instead of if the market wasn’t moving.
i’d be grabbing the cash at the strongest position possible.
maybe I’m an eternal optimist. But there could have been far worse conditions to raise 20M under.
