Indeed. 2 of your fears should be covered....Major Project Status which says the Gov both State and Fed are good with SA expected to jump onboard as well. 2nd fear, this is a Green Project and Enviro Assessment was done (back in the CAP days if I am correct) and maybe you can elaborate more on your 3rd fear?
