Yeah I get what you are saying but I think you are devaluing the sustained benefit too much. The fact that there is zero deterioration in the benefit (so far) signals a greater prospect of having a customer for a very, very long time!!! Id rather sell you one widget a week for the rest of your life than sell you 20 now and never have you buy again...
