BottleShock , I am not a forensic accountant and I am not willing to read hundreds of pages of Australian tax laws , but I think the below slide may provide in simple terms the feasible reason why intangible assets are not documented within Norwood’s financial reports and maybe why the valuations provided by yourself and Growler cannot be concluded with any accuracy using these reports alone .
