in summary.. PO could be a creditor, if approved, which would somehow put him ahead of holders if wound up... but, if approved, he's a holder, so it makes no difference, and is just a load of absolute tripe to manipulate a wind up!
... because PO would clearly want to lob in another $200k, to be wound up, and potentially get a minuscule amount back.

Of course, if it goes the other way - as many expect, with deals hopefully closing in - then it must be a negative that he put in $200k at 26% higher than market price too?
