I'm sure whatever I dream it can't be as imaginative as Norwood not needing cash and putting the money in to super.
Like most announcements and reports you simply can't comprehend the words used in them. The convertible note announcement explicitly stated that the funds were to be used for working capital.
What or where Paul does with his shares on his end, should the note end up being converted, is a private matter for him and completely irrelevant to Norwood.
