Norwood are only being paid by Spark for their OTT app (installation/prof services/maintenance & a fee for each install after the minimum number of installs is hit)? The Meta platform covers everything else? Mobile VM (not app) = Meta... Example: If I'm a Spark customer who hasn't downloaded the app e.g. i dial up to listen to VM... that is on Metas platform not NORs tech/platform...
