Not quite right. Any RTO would have a minimum offer SP of 0.20. As such, NOR would need a consolidation of 10:1.
Next the vendor/s would need a large chunk aka dilution.
The advisors would also need a chunk aka dilution.
The company would require recapitalisation via the RTO offer. Say $10m at 0.20 aka dilution.
And there would be need for a DOCA or some such to cancel the debt aka possible dilution.
So yes, if NOR falls over you would have a holding in the new entity but probably an unmarketable parcel. Assuming this dirty shell gets relisted. Else you could find yourself in a long wind-up process and unable to write off your losses.
