Even if they were floated off, much of what they have is valuable, the question is when will it come to fruition. They have backed every horse in the race, its just a question of the odds of the one that wins. These are smart, and patient people. Buy it for your children, or for your grandchildren, these people know that the world needs resources and they knew this early in the 90s when they started accummulating tenements. Most of the principals will be long gone when the foresight of their strategy comes to the fore.
