Some sulfur assay information would be useful. You can get 0.2-0.3% Ni in weathered ultramafic in the absence of sulfide mineralisation. The EM will be key to determining whether a sulfide source exists. Regardless of
conductor/ no conductor, should probably drill a deeper RC hole under the ‘anomaly’ to get a better look at the rocks.
It is still a worthy piece of ground.
