Agree with you on valuation - my model spat out $6.99 last night. However, pragmatically, I'd probably want to discount that by 10-20% for lack of control of liquidity.
Would like to have some idea what they will do with the cash. There's only so long to justify hoarding it. Not certain about $60m by year end - more like $52-$53m I'd have thought. It's such a large amount relative to market cap that the potential to mis-spend it seems like a significant risk.
