plucker i agree with the "desperation" comment. maybe i am impatient as i have only held for a year or so but today sold out 50% of my holdings. made a profit so am not too worried and have plenty of capital losses from previous 1 or 2 years to offset tax. the fact that they can't get a deal done for sooooo long makes me increasingly nervous. have held on to a few so if things turn out will get the benefits but seeing other long term opportunities elsewhere and thinking....why not. its getting ridiculous. axo have missed a major market run and therefore so have us shareholders and no info from company apart from the standard we are continually talking with potential investors. give me a break. their "talking" has cost us big $.
