    can u explain more about T+3 please?

    I am not quite sure how this works, for examples, the record date 7pm 20 of aug. I buy the shares during the day, and it needs 3 days to process. But in my account i will have the shares shown. Doesnt it means that i already got the shares? and entitle for the Offer?

    Sorry for the trouble, am still learning!
