re: Ann: 2010/11 Results, Timing and Signific... Looks like they might have turned in a strong second half showing.

I haven't been holding lately, as would prefer to see the books post-acquisition first. However, sounds like there are no major disasters in the wings on that front, so could be okay. Growth should be able to take a step-up this year if acquisition and integration is on the right track.

Still has a bit of the "too good to be true" on picking up this business at such a discount to recorded value.
