what I found interesting is that it is almost certain, that SANTOS voted AGAINST the Employee Incentive Share Plan, and also ABSTAINED from the vote to Ratify the Issue of Shares to David casey.
That abstenance meant that the Resolution would probably not get passed.

I think DC will still get his shares - as the Resolution was only to ratify the issue. Not sure, but no time to look it up.

I wonder what the Santos voting position says about Santos motives?
