- Are there pre-emptive rights for the JV partners in PEL238 ? IF SO then the Marubeni deal posturing to take a stake, excluding STO , is just an illusion.

Noticed Resolution 4 to deal out shares to employees unfettered was defeated - Against 63.7%


Yet Res 5 - DC got his share issue ratification 59.3-38.1%

I was naive to think that they would give shareholders some AGM Goodies to become euphoric about, though some of us can become quite exuberant at times with very little stimulation.

I think we will have to adopt the Brace-Position and assuage ourselve here in this Clinic with dreams of a GSA or a pipeline and the Electric-LNG.

The Electric gets everyone dancing.


I cant wait for the reports of our good AGM Scouts who are applying the forensic blowtorch to the Board.
