The best thing in the annual report is the remuneration summary. Robinson, Flook, Bird,McIlwain and Walker earn $1.5MILLION between them, whereas the blokes tryingbto make Canada and Los Santos work, get $377k between the two of them. What do we get from these four highly paid execs (Walker gets 50k) plus two non execs earning double what non execs for a $33m company usully pick up. These four are effectively looking after a passive position in Conquest shares and trying to structure a deal to put Los Santos into a TSX float. VERY expensive corporate advisers and (poor) investment managers. This is just a money pit for these people to have a lifestyle at the expense of shareholders and needs to be brought to an end. The deal to finish the Founders Plan should never have been voted through as it gave three of these blokes over 6m shares between them which mean a lot of Mum and Dad stock to add up to vote against them. Where are First Samuel and Nick Farr Jones' Taurus FM when you need them? Hopefully waking up....
