It is not the company's choice to roll the convertible notes or not.
Read the detail and the holder can redeem at face value.
If a holder rolled into stock they would take a major loss anyway.
The company may try to put a new note out there but i think investors are tired of the talk/sales pitch and realise that the company/management struggle.
