Yes it seems an acceptable result. Will read the AR in detail and if worthwhile post further comments here.
The yield seems ok too - about 10% or so - with potential for capital upside.
Perhaps I shall continue to hold after all - despite the roller coaster, GPT has consistently met my investment objectives - modest capital risk with significant yield premiums (IE near double) to those available in a bank.
I find it amazing that it has, yet... it has. Now may not be the time to run... on the back of such announcements, the fish start coming to school.
