    $10m after tax profits, virtually debt free, market cap $50m with masses of franking credits.

    Exposure to floods/storms seems mercifully light.

    Stock on P/E of 5, I expect a dividend of 2-3 cents, so a yield of 8-10%.

    Ridiculously cheap, but the market needs to care. Target 40c.
