Hope not because if its already built into at this level, there really is NO hope, given there's little on the horizon for a looooooong time.
So unless this is being deliberately pushed down......
I (and many others) are seriously under and thought this was meant to be a real ray of shining light - its not even worth selling at this level. All those great anns and its still going backwards.
