BJ: wasn't aware that this had been brought up a number of times before, apologies. Am only a recent SH myself, and found that extract from the AR interesting - perhaps not entirely relevant given the lapse of time, but something that not everyone might be aware of. Certainly seems as though KMC is happy for transparency on this one given it's been whacked in the AR.
I don't view that piece of information as a reason to change my position on KMC. CD does have a lot of skin in on this one, and you're completely correct in saying that there's little he hasn't done right with KMC.
