very good points Cab74 however the one thing they do have in their favour is that people don't readily swap providers.
As they alluded to in the announcement the client base has some intrinsic value.
I suppose worst case as time goes on the share price is going to be cash backed so if nothing else by the end of 2013 we could potentially be sitting on $25+m and an online client base that I reckon someone would love to get their hands on.
Odd little company this one. An OS deal and away we go. Some one loved them a little today. What confuses me is why sell now? If you have waited this long and a great result has landed why bail with no incremental share price appreciation.
The potential for substantial dividend increases is clearly evident. Wonder why we are hoarding the cash?
