Motoracebeerguy, that's a very interesting point that I have no answer or explanation for re: cash holding, unles they feel it might be needed for an acquisition somewhere, sometime. They haven't hesitated in the past in M&A activity, even if one or two haven't worked out as planned. As for why sell now, well, maybe someone needed cash :-)
Manassa, that's good info. Didn't know they'd already set themselves up in the States. European governments also desperately need some additional revenue. Certainly agree that a new deal somewhere would push SP back to the $0.45-$0.50 levels. Multiple deals (maybe individual USA states) would get towards the $1 mark.
