If theres a speeding ticket its because PLV are reversing with the pedal to the floor with the wheels spinning on an oil slick ;)

We just need to break through these trading ranges here the 1 and 2 cent technical guys are playing at the moment.

and...if JPM are truly gone then that scapegoat is no longer in play.
Lets see if the flood gates open and we start getting some good moves upwards.

News required to get this out of these trading ranges and sticking points.

I hope PLV has frequent flyer points once the story does start getting picked up...
