Wacky. ICN got the licence for ATP855 in October 2007!!
ICN signed the GSA in March 2011 after spending months of negotiations.
They DID have the horse before the cart.
They wren't "Lucky" it has all been very well and wisely planned. They have tailored their efforts and expenditure towards a known outcome, not, just drilling and hopping like so many have done. And they still have an Issued Cap of just over 500,000, not the billions that other small companies have been lumbered with after all of their CR's to do their drilling first and now find it difficult to find markets!!
The "lucky" ones will be those that already hold ICN and can still buy them for less than .23!!! Get lucky.
