The problem with ZYL is that many piled into this stock believing there would be an early takeover.
This led to many traders/holders with disproportionately high exposure to ZYL. Great when the stock is rising, unbearable when a stock is falling!
Resultingly, this stock has been sold down mercilessly. Many just don't have the intestinal fortitude to hold during these times telling themselves that the "trend is your friend".
The reality is that the big money in the market is made by defying the trend if the fundamentals are kosher.
Apart from industrial turmoil in South Africa ATM, Zyl is still a good bet on that front.
