Reading last week's announcements, it seems that regulatory approvals won't be received until late November, so presumably they won't hold the EGM to vote on it until the approvals have been received.
That's my take anyway.
Today's release is simply the notice of AGM.....unless we were voting on the con note at this meeting (which we're not) you wouldn't expect the York transaction to be mentioned here.
