    My guess, and it is only a guess, is that the minority shareholder in Owere was the Ghanian Govt who I think still own 30% of Owere. SBL has 70% of Owere. So why an 80:20 split and not 70:30? Perhaps the reasons relate to the work the Ghanian Govt is doing to help Owere / SBL with illegal mining &/or obtaining mining permits &/or whatever. Dunno - pure speculation on my part.

    Does anyone know how we can get a schedule of Owere's shareholders so we can find out exactly who owns what?
