not sure its traders, there was heavy selling before the annoncement and now it looks like someone is keen to exit again, possibly the same holder
no serious investors are going to buy until the uncertainty clears,w e are now trading at cash backing so it should hold here
though would happily buy some more at 10c if thats where it ends up again
