Not sure as well but may be some good news coming from the Coal front. Hopefully, government approval etc. and even take over is strong possibility but not at 12 cents. Perhaps, would be closer to the independent valuation report which was published few months ago + new Oil tenement premium. Perhaps around 20 cents+ would be more reasonable as hardly anyone would sell at lower price.
