Lets be clear
My agenda is not one of shorting. I don't short EVER.
I read NXS annual report because oil and gas is my patch.
I have been negative on NXS for good reason. Look at what has happened to the share price in the last 2 years.
I'm not comparing the NXS case to the AED case. I was just illustrating that these things can not be ignored. Defending legal case costs a lot of time and money. Not to mention that one day a company is here and the next your money is gone.
Who can justify NXS borrowing at 19.3% PA?
